Return Policy
14-day return window — from the date of delivery.
- Items must be unused and in original condition to qualify for a full refund.
- Free returns for damaged or defective items — we'll cover return shipping.
- For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
How to Start a Return
Email us at creationsmithal@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll respond within 24 hours.
A Note on Natural Variations
Slight variations in straw color, texture, and dimensions are a normal and expected feature of handmade items — not defects. No two bags are identical. This is what makes yours one of a kind.

Free local delivery — Ottawa & Gatineau on orders of 2 or more items.
- Standard Canadian shipping: $9.99 flat rate, any quantity.
- Delivery estimate: 3–7 business days within Canada.
- In-stock items ship within 1–2 business days of your order.
- You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
- International shipping: Not currently available. Canada only.
